At Technology Physio we understand that life can get busy and unforeseen circumstances arise. We also appreciate that from time to time emergencies occur and plans change suddenly.

With that in mind, we require a minimum of 12 hours notice to cancel an appointment. This allows us to offer your changed appointment to someone else on our waitlist.

Please note, appointments cancelled on the day of appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled appointment price. Our 'No Show' policy is that failure to arrive at a scheduled appointment with no prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment fee.
