Comprehensive Digital Running Analysis: Optimise Your Performance and Manage Injury
Running analysis is a way to check how you run and see if there's anything not quite right that could lead to injury now or later. It can also help find ways to make running easier, more efficient, and faster.
At Technologic we do a thorough check of how you run and give you advice that's personalised just for you. This might include advice and tips on your running technique or training, and any exercises to make you stronger or more flexible in certain areas, or drills to help fix how you run.
Why should I have my running assessed?
It's really important for runners to get their running style checked out, along with how strong, flexible, and efficient they are. This can help reduce the risk of injuries and make us generally better runners, no matter how far we're running or at what level.
If/when we're injured it's even more important to check how we run because our bodies might learn bad habits that stick around even after we're better and back on track.

What do our initial technologic running assessments look like?
Our running analysis combines state-of-the-art wearable sensor-based technology, with video, and marker-less motion capture to raise the bar in physiotherapy analysis.
In line with our philosophy, you can expect more from your health professional than simply eyeballing or video-ing how you move. While our cutting technology approaches offer detailed insights for high-performers that were previously invisible, we don't believe that only elite athletes should benefit from this level of comprehensive analysis.
What to expect for your running analysis end-to-end..step-by-step
1. Book in for your initial running analysis appointment online
2. Receive, fill out, and send us back your pre-consultation running assessment questionnaire
3. Arrive for your running assessment consultation (please leave up to 1hr for this appointment)
4. You will run wearing our internationally validated sensor technology, which will collect data and provide feedback in real-time, as well as undergo video analysis for further examination and discussion
5. After your time on the treadmill, we will take a break to look at the data and analyse the video
6. Go through the analysis together to highlight any areas of note
7. Put in place some immediate-actionable education and running recommendations, prescribe any preliminary exercises to start addressing any deficiencies
8. Make a plan for any further analysis and/or physiotherapy you might need and plan for re-assessment (if/when indicated)
